Call for proposals \u2013 National Equal Opportunities Conference 2025<\/h1>\n

We invite you to submit proposals for contributions to the National Equality Conference 2025, which will take place in Uppsala on 18-19 November.<\/p>\n

We seek contributions in various formats to facilitate discussion and deeper exploration of equal opportunities in academia.<\/p>\n

Each contribution will receive 45 minutes in the program, and we welcome the following types of presentations:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Seminars \u2013 In-depth presentations where one or more speakers share their experiences or projects related to equal opportunities.<\/li>\n
  2. Roundtable discussions \u2013 A format encouraging active participation from all attendees, led by one or more moderators.<\/li>\n
  3. Workshops \u2013 Interactive sessions where participants engage in hands-on work with practical challenges or methods promoting equal opportunities issues.<\/li>\n
  4. Tutorials \u2013 Educational sessions led by an expert guiding participant in understanding and applying a specific tool or method within equal opportunities issues.<\/li>\n
  5. Other forms of contributions \u2013 We also welcome presentations that are grounded on other forms of learning, such as ludic exercises.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We welcome proposals in both Swedish and English.<\/p>\n

    Selection criteria:<\/h3>\n

    Proposals will be evaluated based on their relevance to questions regarding equal opportunities issues, the quality of the content, and their potential to spark engaging discussions. We encourage contributions that highlight practical applications and experiences in promoting equal opportunities.<\/p>\n

    Notification of acceptance:<\/h3>\n

    Notifications will be sent before Easter.<\/p>\n

    Submission guidelines:<\/h3>\n

    Each proposal should include a summary of at most 300 words describing the purpose, format, and any interactive elements of the session. Please specify any technical requirements (e.g., projector, sound system).<\/p>\n

    The deadline for proposal submissions is March 15, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n
