We recommend that you read the information below carefully before registering.
The participation fee includes admission to the conference (November 18-19), participation in all sessions, and lunch and coffee breaks according to the program.
You can register for the conference dinner at Norrlands Nation (November 18) for an additional cost.

The prices above are exclusive of VAT. 25% VAT is added for non-government employees.
Payment by invoice
You fill in the invoice details at the end of the registration form. We recommend that you first contact your financial administrator to ensure that you have the correct invoice details before you begin registration.
- If you work for a government agency (e.g. most universities or other government administrative agencies), you will need to provide an invoice reference, which is often a combination of numbers and letters.
- If you are active within other organizations or companies (e.g. municipalities, regions or private companies), you need to provide your employer's organization number, GLN code or Peppol code, as well as the correct invoice reference.
The invoice will be sent as an e-invoice in the first instance. If this option is not possible, the invoice will be sent as a PDF by email.
Payment by credit card
We use NETS payment service for secure Internet payment by card. Your card must be linked to 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa). We only accept MasterCard and Visa.
Cancellation
Any cancellation of participation in the conference must be made in writing to Akademikonferens. If you cancel your registration, we will charge a cancellation fee of 750 SEK.
- In case of cancellation on or before 7 October 2025, the full participation fee minus the cancellation fee is refunded
- From October 8th there will be no refund of the participation fee, but the full fee must be paid.
- If only individual meals or partial events are cancelled, no refund will be made.
Change of participants
If you are unable to attend, please send a colleague instead. Please contact Academic Conferences as soon as possible.
